Introduction
Parental Partnerships

You are your child’s first educator and we value any information you can provide us with about your child. We encourage children to inform us of their achievements at home too. If your child receives any certificates out of school we would like to celebrate their achievements with the rest of the class.

We encourage parents to become involved in supporting learning in school. If you have some spare time and would like to come into help us with activities then we have many opportunities for you to do so. As a first step, please see the School Office for more information and to complete a DBS form, which is required before you undertake any work in the school.

You will receive a class newsletter each term listing the curriculum and what will be covered. There are also parents' evenings, one each term, for you to discuss your child’s progress.

Concerns or Complaints

Teachers are available on the playground at the start and end of the day. This gives you the opportunity to have a brief discussion with your child’s class teachers about any concerns you may have. If you have any concerns or worries about your child then please see your child’s teacher first. If the concern is not resolved then you may make an appointment to see a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You can find the school's complaints policy in the 'About Us' section of this site under the 'Policies and Reports' section. If your child has additional needs, please click here for information on our SEN page.
