Please be aware the process of booking and paying for after school clubs has changed.

We will no longer be accepting cash or cheques and payment for clubs will only be possible using our SIMS Agora online payment system. Your child has a unique payment number which you may have already used to set up online payments for school lunches and after school care.

Don't forget our clubs are offered on a first come, first served basis. If you have requested a place with the staff in the school office, YOUR CHILD'S PLACE WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. If payment is not received, your child could lose their place. To avoid disappointment, please pay online as soon as possible.

If you have not set up your account, please call or come to the school office for your child's unique number.  Payment should be made online between 31st July and 18th August 2017. Clubs cannot be confirmed without paying online.

Payment for clubs is non-refundable if children are excluded from the club because they are not following the school Behaviour for Learning Policy.

For pupils attending the Keyboard & Guitar lessons that are also entitled to Pupil Premium Funding (PPG) a discount of £5 per lesson is available upon application. A reduced cost may also be available for PPG pupils wishing to attend our Mindful Chess club.

There may be occasions where clubs have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to arrange cover but this cannot be guaranteed. All clubs are subsidised by the school and in the event that a club is cancelled, no refunds will be given but we will offer a place in our after school care as an alternative at no extra charge.

Photos may be taken during clubs for school publications and may also be displayed on the website. If you do not wish your child to be included, please amend the form below or notify the school office in writing.
